December 5th, 2022 - January 22nd, 2023 | Fully Online Module

Module Objective:

Prepare to develop instructional multimedia, including video, audio, and animation for learning.

Program Description:

The seven-month program consists of four five-week modules and a real-world capstone project that aligns with your professional goals. You’ll end up with an impressive portfolio of work to show potential employers.

Timeline and Requirements:

The module will take place from December 5th, 2022 - January 22nd, 2023. Work will primarily be asynchronous, with one live session per module with your facilitator and your cohort.

Fees & Policies:

Payment is due by credit card at registration. This module can only be taken as part of the Foundational Certificate: Instructional Design For Learning. Registration closes September 12th at 5pm. Refunds will be granted only up until registration closes at 5pm on September 12th. No refunds will be granted for registration or technical errors on the participant's part (such as incorrect name/email, login failure, etc.).

Presenter:

Jennifer Walker has been designing and developing instructional media for nine years. In her current role as the Associate Director of Instructional Media at BC's Center for Digital Innovation in Learning, she manages the production department and collaborates with interdisciplinary instructional development teams to design and produce educational media. She is also an affiliated faculty member at Emerson College, where she teaches a foundational course in media design and production.
